Ultrasonic Skin Spatula (HS-3003 Series) Product Description

The heart of the Spatula systems is the hand-piece itself, which contains PZT  (Piezoelectricity) ceramic crystals.  These crystals are manufactured by our own company and are combined with the driving circuits using advanced detectors and precise instrumentations to enable the system to operate at peak efficiency at all times.  There are six of these crystals, three on each side of the stainless steel blade.  When an electric current is passed through the crystals, the crystals will expand and contract at frequencies that produce ultrasound waves.  Due to the innovative micro-controller technology that we incorporated into our design, the Spatula is highly durable and can operate continuously for up to 24 hrs without any adverse effects. 

We believe that the hand-piece of the device is vital to the overall durability of the system, which is dependent chiefly on the manufacturer.  To decrease cost, some companies are known to attach the rubber piece to the front of the plastic casing by either gluing it in place or by pressing it in (these devices have a groove which allows the rubber seal to be inserted; the groove then serves to hold the seal in place), which leads to inferior products.  Alternatively, Bellaire Industry employs a silicone rubber seal at this critical junction to prevent water from entering the plastic casing thus avoiding water damage. Additionally, every hand piece has a different frequency within the range of 24 KHz to 28 KHz.  We manually adjust every main machine to match this frequency.

This is one of the reasons why when your hand piece needs to be replaced, the entire unit must be returned so that the main machine is recaliberated to match the new hand piece.  The units are light and easy to operate with no worries about overheating.  Our systems are truly ergonomic and are the most reliable devices available on the market.

NOTE:

Since some topical skincare products build up heat faster than others, we sometimes worry that the client may feel some discomfort during the "Lead in/Permeation" treatment due to the large surface area of the Spatula's blade.  To address this concern, we recommend that the "Lead in/Permeation" process be administered at either the low or medium (preferable) intensity level to reduce this heat buildup.  Additionally, "Lead in/Permeation" can be administered with or without Pulse, though the Pulse setting will enhance product penetration.  Perhaps the most important property of our Spatula Systems is that the frequency will always be maintained at 25 KHz.  Thus, the intensity level does not affect what depth of penetration you get.
